so I have finally worked out how to upload videos to these blogs, so, I thought I would share the videos of the extent of the damage of the car in this post. Everything from the botch rust jobs done before on it, to the remaining rust as well as everything in between, just to give you all a clear idea of how idiotic and crazy I am to fix this! I think what has driven me more to reviving this car is the people who told me not to do it. all those people are now on the wagon with me! encouraging me!
I've added all the videos to one in a sort of "bad news compilation" which is a collection of videos I've been getting since this time last year. Watching them back its good to see how far the car has come already and the progress that has been made with it. Everything is getting done this time and done right which is the main thing. Although its going to be a big bill its nice to think that, hopefully, its one big bill and then it wont have to be worried about again rust wise.
I've been going to a few daytime meets the past while and there getting me itching to get the car back on the road as soon as possible, especially with summer being around the corner. once the car is back ill be getting it towed up to Dublin, get the engine popped back in, and then start the mechanical repairs it needs.
Its mad to think the last time I seen it was last April. I've intentionally done this so the the last time I seen the car it was the day i dropped it off in storage in bits and the next time I see it it'll be spotless.
